The views that come with this house are truly amazing. We were all blown away. Fast and helpful communication and also great security system for the house which was a plus. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking Views
Beautiful seaside home in a quiet community. Our first visit to Mallorca and it proved a perfect home base for all day exploring the stunning island and then home for sunset, sangria, and a quiet dinner. Superb!

Fantastic property with an amazing view!
We had a wonderful time at this property. It has a great swimming pool and the view is second to none. It was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for 6 of us. We spent most of our time at the villa since it’s so lovely and really quiet. We went to Palma a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed wandering around and some good meals. We highly recommend restaurant Mirador de Cabrera which is a 10 minute walk away. Another very special view and the food was the best we had. We aborted our attempt to go to Es Trenc beach because the single track road to it was so busy it was getting blocked and the car park was full. The beach at Cala Pi (which is closer) is ok - not the crystal clear waters we were hoping for but a pleasant place to spend some time. If you’re looking for relaxation, peace and quiet, I highly recommend this villa for your stay in Mallorca.

Paradise!
We are thrilled with our week in Mallorca at Ca'n Vallgornera! We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Access - easy. Address showed up easily on Waze and Google maps and we arrived in less than 30 minutes from the PMI airport. Palma is 30-40 minutes, Es Trenc beach is 20 minutes. Communication - Peter met us at the house and showed us the basics. Klaus checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was fine. Peter again met us at the departure time. Communication was excellent. House - the house was the perfect for 5 people. Three bedrooms upstairs with two single beds each. Each had on en-suite bathroom with shower and access to back balcony looking out on sea. First floor had great room with kitchen, dining area and living area. Two outdoors tables under upstairs balcony so shaded, one can be enclosed with folding glass panels/walls. All appliances were in perfect working condition (fridge, stove, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, AC, TV, etc). Outdoor - view is amazing - house is situated on a cliff overlooking the sea with island of Cabrera right in front. Faces south so sun all day. Pool was perfect temp. Grill worked - but the day we decided to grill out was quite windy so hard to keep it lit. Six tumbonas/ chaise lounges. One word of advice: in summer there are mosquitos which come out like clockwork when the sun sets, so if they are attracted to you consider buying repellent. All windows upstairs had screens so you could sleep with sea breeze and not have to put on AC. Neighborhood - very quiet neighborhood. At night and in morning only sound was the waves crashing and seagulls. In Cala de Pi, there are two small markets with necessities, as well as a few restaurants. Town center and cala is a 45 min walk from the house but only 8 min in car. Note that the markets closed fairly early each night (7:30) so if you need more supplies or something later you may have to go to Sa Rápita or Llucmajor. Overall the stay was absolutely wonderful.

Peaceful and magnificent vacation home
This marvelous home has all the ingredients for a superb vacation. Amazing Mediterranean location. Pool is excellent. Home is really very very lovely. Very comfortable outdoor dining and patio areas. Just right ! We shall return again and again. Owner and manager were attentive and available as needed. Very lovely

Stunning views in wonderful well equipped villa in quiet area
Just back from a wonderful two week stay. The pictures accurately reflect the villa, and in the flesh, the villa is just wonderful with the view being simply stunning. It’s very relaxing watching the yachts go by!!! If you want a relaxing break away from the hubbub of life, this villa is perfect. No neighbours and no noise! I’m fact I think my children were the only noise! The little village of Cala Pi has super restaurants that satisfied our needs in the evening, only a short 5 minute drive. You do need a car here, and this enables you to whizz about the southern part of the island with ease. The roads are great, and no traffic! There are some nice beaches that you need to drive to, although we were happy with the pool. The villa is air conditioned which is lovey at night. I loved the fact there were a range of serving dishes in the kitchen and lots of pots and pans - home from home! I also liked the fact that other guests had left their herbs, oils etc and there were dishwasher tablets, cling film etc. Makes getting in with life in the villa easier. Good quality appliances. Very happy stay - we will return!! Thank you for sharing your villa with a very happy Stafford family!

Villa with amazing view
The villa is situated on a very quiet estate, car is essential as it’s quite a distance to decent supermarket, the nearest supermarket is tiny and very pricey, so would need to go to Llucmajor which is few miles away or Palma which we absolutely love which is 30/40 mins away. The villa itself is immaculately clean, a lot of effort has been made with the downstairs, loved the layout of the downstairs and the sea view/pool is fantastic. The upstairs is a lot more dated and although very clean could do with new furniture and certainly new ceilings in two of the bathrooms and would benefit from Fresh new bed linen and towels. The aircon is controlled throughout the upstairs from the main bedroom and has to be turned off at night as it’s so noisy in bedroom 2. Having said this, if you want relaxation the villa is set pretty much on its own and it’s very quiet and tranquil which was perfect for us as we would be there up until 3pm when we would then go into Palma for the afternoon evening. Having stayed In many villas this was not the most luxurious (upstairs) but had an amazing view and great outside space. We had a lot of fun, and after fixing a couple of punctures on the bikes we found in the garage, we rode them daily to get the bread rolls for lunch, also loved the speakers in the downstairs of the villa of which we could play our music through our phones. Owner was very accommodating and would answer emails very quickly. All in all we had a great holiday!

Super Lage
Das Haus liegt perfekt und hat alles, was man braucht. Man wohnt direkt am Meer und hat den Pool vor dem Haus. Das Haus ist gut organisiert, es gibt insgesamt vier Bäder und einen sehr großen Wohnbereich. Der einfach verglaste Wintergarten hilft sehr bei kühlem Wind. Die vorhandene Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, auch wenn es mal ein bisschen kühler ist. Das Haus ist auch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hier müsste man sicherlich einmal in die Küche und vor allem die Bäder investieren. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert für bis zu 6 Personen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer die Ruhe mag...
...wird diese Unterkunft lieben. So schön gelegen, direkt am Meer, man hört das Rauschen der Wellen, Brandung. Keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Die Gegend ist absolut ruhig. Ausstattung ist vollständig und ausreichend, vielleicht benötigen die Schlafzimmer/Betten/Bäder mal einen "Refresh", aber trotzdem bequem und absolut ausreichen. Es ist so schön hier. Danke, dass wir das genießen durften!

Auch im November die Reise wert
Wir waren mit der Familie und Freunden im November in Vallgornera und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ausblick und die Lage des Hauses sind einfach atemberaubend. Durch die Südausrichtung konnten wir von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang den Tag in der Sonne genießen und ein Sundowner auf der Klippe vor dem Haus, mit Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang hat den Tag immer noch abgerundet. Das Haus selbst lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet mit 2 Kühlschränken auch genug Stauraum um die etwas weiteren Wege zum Einkaufen hinnehmen zu können. Die Badebucht in Cala Pi ist ebenfalls eine Augenweide und war vom Haus mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus war sauber und aufgeräumt, einen Stern Abzug hier nur, weil die beiden Badezimmer abseits des Hauptbadezimmers, etwas klein geraten sind und eventuell gerade die Duschen ein Update gebrauchen könnten. Aber sind wir ehrlich, wenn man viel Draußen ist, stört das auch nicht ernsthaft. Der Außenbereich lässt mit Pool, Außen-Dusche, Wintergarten, Sonnenliegen, diversem Poolzubehör in der Garage etc. gar keine Wünsche offen. Da wir im November dort waren, nach sehr stürmischen Tagen, war der Pool sehr kalt, und war zwar für eine kurze Abkühlung zu gebrauchen, aber nicht zum Baden. Was im November keine Überraschung darstellt. Dennoch war die Sonne stark genug, um über Tag in der Sonne zu braten. Das Meer hatte noch 19 Grad, und nach kurzer Überwindung, konnte man auch hier no
