Free WiFi This fantastic country house, with private pool, welcomes 5-6 people in Llucmajor. Take a refreshing dip in the 10 x 5 metres private salted pool which has a depth between 1.1 and 1.8 metres. Enjoy the sun and the great Mediterranean weather on one of the sunbeds or take a vermouth in the seating area by the house. At the other side of the house you can also take a cup of coffee under the awning while admiring the countryside views. You can also prepare a delicious barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The house has a simple and modern style with rustic details which create the serenity you need to disconnect during your vacation. The ample hall with access from the terrace connects with the living room where you can rest on the comfortable sofas admiring the views of the pool. The dining area is by the living room. The modern kitchen offers a gas hob and oven, and also a dining area. You will also find a washing machine, and iron and an ironing board. The house also features another little living room to watch satellite television (only English channels). The house has 3 bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, a dressing room, a fan and an en-suite bathtub bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for two people, another single bed, a wardrobe and a fan, and is accessed only through the last bedroom, which has only a single sofa bed for the sixth guest. Finally, from this last bedroom you can access to the second bathroom of the house, also with a bathtub. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This house is located in Llucmajor, where you will find all services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and a great street market to buy local products on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The nearest beach is Sa Ràpita / Es Trenc, where you will revel in the turquoise waters and the fine sand. If you like golf, the nearest course is only 13.8 km away. Es war unsere erste Erfahrung mit einem Haus auf Mallorca und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und man hat ausreichend Platz. Eine schöne große Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken. Der Pool ist ein Traum, 5x10 Meter mit einem geringen Salz Anteil im Wasser macht das Baden sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und man erwartet keine bösen Überraschungen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv ein 2\. mal buchen. ##### Sven K. Dadurch das die Unterkunft sehr abgelegen und die einzige Villa in der Umgebung war, war die Lage sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Haus ist mit 2 Toren gesichert, einmal die Einfahrt und die Villa. Somit fühlte man sich sehr sicher. Am Tag der Ankunft mussten wir leider ca. 40min vor einem verschlossen Tor warten. Wir riefen direkt die Agentur an und baten um Hilfe, leider waren die gar nicht sehr hilfreich, sodass wir uns selber Vorort helfen mussten und über das verschlossene Tor rüber geklettert sind. Auf der Suche nach dem Besitzer hat uns letztendlich der Sohn des Besitzers sehr freundlich empfangen. Der uns erstmal schilderte, dass wir vor dem falschen Tor standen. Hinweis: Es gibt 2 Einfahrten und nur bei einer Einfahrt steht das Tor offen. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos über den Besitzer und man bekam im Haus eine ausführliche Erklärung der Hausregeln. WLAN funktionierte, Pool war sauber, 2 Ventilatoren waren vorhanden und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Alles wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben, war vorhanden (Muss ja jetzt nicht alles erwähnen, daher nur die Highlights). Die letzten 2 Tagen waren sehr heiß im Haus, daher wäre ein 3\. Ventilator bei 3\. Zimmern ein Vorteil oder im besten Falle eine Klimaanlage (leider nicht vorhanden). Das Sofabett war leider sehr ungemütlich, sodass 1 Paar ins Wohnzimmer ausweichen musste. Sonst waren die Matratzen von dem Doppelbett und Etagenbetten sehr gemütlich. TV Zimmer wurde gar nicht genutzt, daher macht es Sinn aus dem Zimmer noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer zu machen, um den Platz besser zu nutzen für weitere Schlafgäste. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr, sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Tipps für Restaurants, Events und Strände gegeben. Die sehr hilfreich waren, wenn man Mallorca näher kennen lernen will. Das Haus wird tagsüber mit Solar betrieben, was ich in der heutigen Zeit sehr gut und nachhaltig finde. Der Müll wird im Haus getrennt und es gibt vor dem Haus eine Sammeltonne, die der Besitzer jeden Morgen leert, um diese bei einer Müllstation zur entsorgen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen, aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir die Unterkunft direkt über den Besitzer buchen. Da es über die Agentur sehr umständlich war und man keinen direkten Ansprechpartner des Hauses bekommt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr, sehr wohl im Casa Calma gefühlt. ##### Bernice P. Sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, da die Vermieter in der ruhigen Jahreszeit selber im Haus wohnen. Top Ausstattung inkl. Reinigungsutensilien. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Wasserqualität. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus war nicht leicht zu finden, aber mit Google-Maps und den Koordinaten hats geklappt. Die Straße zum Haus ist eine Schotterstraße und sehr holprig. Dank Mietwagen wars uns egal. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Keine Nachbarn, außer den Vermietern, kein Straßenlärm, nur absolute Ruhe. Mit dem Auto waren wir in 20 min am Strand und in 25 min in Palma. Der nächste Supermarkt in Llucmajor ist ca. 10 min zu fahren. Es gab keine Mülltonne und so haben wir den Müll immer zu öffentlichen Tonnen mitgenommen (auf dem Weg zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen).
