The hotel smelt overwhelmingly of damp. The bathroom was covered in black mold, wallpaper was peeling from the walls, and the whole place was filthy. I genuinely did not want to stay, but with an early flight the next morning, I felt completely trapped.
To make matters worse, the noise was unbelievable, with guests screaming and shouting until the early hours. Management did nothing to intervene.
Absolutely appalling. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

"The room was mainly clean but some fluff in the cupboard. Staff were very helpful and there is plenty of parking on site. Beautiful area at the base of Snowdon just a few minutes walk from the train."
