The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an En Suite shower room that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Additional amenities include fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, heating, washing machine, dryer as well as a TV with a DVD player. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. As an addition to 2025 we have now finished converting the Cinema Room. This room is fitted with comfy sofas, curtains, an 86" 4K TV, 3D DVD Blue Ray Player and installed with a surround sound system so you are able to watch your favourite films from the DVD collection. The room is fully soundproof and is fitted with its own toilet and kitchen. Your private outdoor area includes a lovely large covered terrace area for relaxing and al fresco dining, a large pool with LED lights, a large garden with a football goal, basketball net, Golf putting and pitching greens with a bunker, Balinese bed for relaxing, a barbecue and an outdoor solar shower. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 standard double bed. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 773m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 2.07km. The pool was a very good size and very clean. Our boys were in it all day, every day! Lisa was a great host. She kept in touch before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.
