  • The house is located at Montclar d'Urgell, carrer Barons nĀŗ1, near the castle of Montclar, reference point of the route of the castles of Lleida. The town of Montclar has about 120 inhabitants, is located at the top of the Montclar mountain range, about 450 m high, with very good views of the Montsec and the l'Urgell region.

    Called Sarri Vell Cal, it is a pairal house and is documented from the eighteenth century. In disuse for about 40 years, it has been a reform of the house retaining the essence of peasant who has always had: cellar, stables ..., using original materials but adapting to our times and current comforts.

Todo muy limpio y muy nuevo. La propietaria es muy amable. En el anuncio no quedaba claro que, al ser solo cuatro personas, solo tendrĆ­amos la parte de abajo y que por lo tanto no podrĆ­amos disfrutar del balcĆ³n con vistas. De todas formas, hemos estĆ” muy bien.
