Located right in the heart of Lleida, this apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the train station—ideal if you’re arriving by AVE or regional train—and just steps away from the Enric Granados Auditorium and the iconic Seu Vella, the city’s architectural gem.

Plus, you’ll be surrounded by pedestrian areas filled with shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the services you might need... no need for a car! By the way, there’s public street parking right next to the apartment.

But here’s something VERY IMPORTANT! The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator ;)

The apartment features:

- Two bedrooms:
One with a comfortable double bed, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing or work.
Another bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for families with children or small groups. Both bedrooms have fans.

If you need to check in early or check out late, please contact us in advance and we will confirm availability based on cleaning and maintenance schedules.
This service is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge of €12 per hour.

✅ Tourist Tax

The Government of Catalonia requires us to collect the tourist tax from all guests 17 years of age and older.

The fee is 2€ per person per night.

✅ Accommodation not suitable for parties

Parties and activities that generate excessive noise are not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
To ensure a peaceful environment, the accommodations are equipped with noise sensors.

Before your arrival, you will receive a message with the house rules. A printed copy of this guide will also be available at the accommodation.

Additional Rules

Property Rules:

Leaving the Apartment: The apartment must be left in proper condition. If it is not cleaned properly, a €20 surcharge will be applied for additional cleaning services.

Pets: Pets are allowed for a fee of €35 per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do not use the beds or the sofa, out of respect for future guests. The fee for each additional pet is €35 per stay.

Parties and events: Parties and events are not permitted on the property.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €150 penalty.

Respect for neighbors: Noise levels and neighbors’ quiet hours must be respected at all times.

Violation of Rules: Failure to comply with any rule may result in immediate cancellation of your stay or financial penalties.

Documentation: It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form, as required by Spanish authorities, with your ID or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the accommodation: Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:

Small towels: 10€

Large towels: 20€

Sheets: 10€

Duvet cover: 30€

Damage to the front door: Breaking the front door lock will result in a €700 penalty.

Lost keys or remote controls: The loss or failure to return the keys or remote controls for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60€.

Security deposit: Any damage incurred during your stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.

Access to the property: The cleaning or maintenance team may access the property in the event of any unforeseen issues that they can resolve.

Additional Terms:

Items Left Behind: We are not responsible for items left behind at the accommodation. If you wish to retrieve them, you must cover the handling and shipping costs.

Violation of the rules: Any violation of the rules may result in a minimum deduction of €100 from the security deposit, unless another amount is specifically indicated in the terms and conditions.

Basic Complimentary Supplies: The property includes basic complimentary items such as soap, salt, oil, 2 rolls of toilet paper per restroom, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for bringing their own additional supplies.

Information about hot water

Hot water: The accommodation has hot water. The water heater has a maximum capacity of 80 liters. If it runs out, you’ll need to wait for it to refill. It’s likely to run out quickly, so we recommend keeping this in mind when using it.
