In a lovely peaceful surrounding, Coach House Faner is a picturesque cottage designed to meet the needs of wheelchair users and the less mobile with ramp access and wide doors throughout. Some of the beds may be raised on request to allow easier access. A fully accessible ground floor wet-room and shower with seat and grab rails provides excellent facilities for wheelchair users, disabled or accompanied disabled people. Property description Ground floor Kitchen/ breakfast room The attractive kitchen is well equipped with an electric double oven with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The kitchen table seats 6 with leather chairs Lounge/ dining room The large patio doors present a light, airy lounge, perfect for relaxing in this idyllic setting. A 32in LCD flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, and internet access, a comfortable three seater leather sofa and a two seater leather sofa complete this comfortable lounge. Electric raising chair supplied in living room Bedroom 1 This master bedroom contains a super king size bed (or two twin beds as required), two bedside drawers and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 Bedroom 2 contains two twin beds, a chest of drawers and large wardrobe. Electric raising bed installed in rear twin room. Bedroom 3 Full size bunk beds, armchair, small wardrobe and 21in flatscreen TV with built in Freeview. Bathroom The spacious wet room has full disabled facilities and contains a shower with seat and grab rail, a wash basin with grab rail, toilet and heated towel rail. Utility room The utility room contains the central heating boiler, a sink and washing machine. Entertainment The lounge has a 32in LCD Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. It is very well equipped and is situated in a very quiet area. It is a pleasure to sit in the lounge area watching the birds in the lovely garden. There is a wet room suitable for disabled guests and an electric bed in one of the bedrooms for those who need such support. Our party of five adults enjoyed a 7 night stay at Coach House Faner. The owner greeted us on arrival and showed us around the accommodation and pointed out the accessible features as one of our party had restricted mobility. We felt relaxed from the start in the very well-equipped space and particularly enjoyed watching the birds and the outlook over the garden. The owners, David and Fiona were fantastic, and a great source of local information. The accommodation was very well equipped with every conceivable kitchen tool available. If I had one issue, it would be the very patchy wi-fi which dropped out regularly. So much so, I switched it off and used 4G. The upside of this was my 10 year old had to talk to people rather than being glued to a device. All in all, highly recommended. ##### Neill M. Good sized accommodation, with all the facilities we needed. We were made to feel part of the family by Fiona, David and lovely Lolly. Our days revolved around getting back home to put the 'animals' to bed. The children were so comfortable and I could see their confidence grow. Ideal location to get to anywhere on the island, and close to all amenities. David and Fiona are an fantastic source of local information. It was realy designed for the less mobile with all aids at hand.The cottage is at the bottom end of a beautifull garden to look out on to , we watched the birds on the feeders and even saw a red squirel it is ideal for children as the owner David as a small holding with lambs and chickens that they can feed. It is very comfortabley furnished and beds are comfy also.David and Fiona live on site they are very friendly and helpfull but they are not intrusive.We had a great time there but the weather was to hot for us so we used the cottage more than usual and was truly thankfull for the comfort the cottage gave us.
