East Llwyn is a lovely, semi-detached cottage situated in Llandysul perfect property for families or friends looking to explore the local area. The property consists of open plan kitchen/dining room, living room with Smart TV and wood burner. To the first floor there is a twin room and a double room with king size bed, bathroom with shower cubicle. There is a garden to the rear, which is large and lawned however not enclosed; pets welcome.  
  
A few minutes by car takes you to the spectacular Ceredigion coast, with beautiful beaches, breath-taking coastal walks, as well as Cardigan Bay’s famous bottlenose dolphins. Wildlife watching and fishing boat trips are easily arranged from nearby New Quay. Inland, discover some of Wales’s best kept secrets from the Preseli Hills and Cambrian Mountains to the gorgeous Teifi Valley. These lesser known, but equally impressive locations offer a myriad of enchanting wilderness to explore. What’s more, Ceredigion offers a rich and diverse cultural heritage, from arts and crafts to theatre, festivals and delicious local cuisine. #### We had the best time here over new year.

We had the best time here over new year. The hosts were fabulous and super helpful. Would highly recommend staying here lots of lovely beaches to drive to. The cottage was amazing with everything you’d need for your stay. We are excited about returning and checking out more of the area. A massive thank you to Pam and Nick you have made the cottages perfect.

#### This was the most peaceful cottage we have stayed in.

This was the most peaceful cottage we have stayed in. Beautiful location with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Pam was an attentive host and nothing was too much trouble even with a demanding small holding to tend.Pubs are a short drive away and places of interest such as Newquay and Gwilli steam railway are not far.Highly recommended.
