This is a very quiet location even though it’s situated on a main road but the extra block-out windows kept the room noise free. The housekeeping call on each day and replenish when needed. It’s a twenty minute walk from Line Street or a £7 Uber. Quite close enough to local amenities and very comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam

The property was in serious need of renovation, the mattresses were far too soft to be in any way comfortable and the showers had next to no water pressure.We were also given incorrect code information at check in (albeit that was mostly compensated for by the gentleman managing the hotel responding and helping really quickly).This wasn’t a problem for us (apart from the above) but I should flag that there’s nobody ever at the reception desk. Whilst the room was a decent size, the Victorian feature of high ceilings was welcome and the location was great being so close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane it doesn’t compensate for the points noted above. It has the potential to be a really good location and building for a hotel with the appropriate renovation and good management.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.
