We had a relaxing stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful, the daily breakfast offered plenty of options, and the rooms were spacious. The main area for improvement is the service, and the rooms could use some upkeep. The staff often seemed overworked and disengaged, which affected interactions with guests across the board. It may help to bring on additional staff during peak season and adjust shifts to reduce burnout. A few changes in this area would make the overall experience much stronger.

The room was really modern and clean! The housekeeper also did a good job of cleaning and tiding up the room while I was gone for the day - it was nice walking back into a clean room!
