Modern Villa Impression is located in Ližnjan, just 1 km from the beach and the Adriatic Sea. In the beautiful courtyard there is a swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor dining area, and four sun loungers, creating the perfect space for family gatherings and relaxation.The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with a balcony and one bathroom. One of the balconies offers a beautiful sea view – just imagine enjoying your favorite drink while watching the sunset.The location of the villa is excellent: the beach and cafés are only 1 km away, a restaurant 350 m away, and shops 650 m away. Guests can also enjoy many activities in the surroundings. Nature lovers can explore scenic cycling and hiking trails, while culture and history enthusiasts can visit archaeological sites, old churches, museums, and galleries in nearby towns such as Pula, Fažana, Medulin, and Ližnjan. Those who enjoy gastronomy can try local restaurants and taverns with traditional Istrian cuisine, take part in wine and olive oil tastings, or visit markets and local shops.Note: Internet TV is available in the villa. Schöner Aufenthalt - nah zum Meer

Super schönes Haus in 20 Minuten Laufentfernung zum wundervollen Meer. Das Haus ist eingezäunt mit traumhaften Blick. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool, der größer ist als er auf den Fotos wirkt. Aussenküche überdacht mit Spülmaschine ist Mega praktisch. Auch fussläufig hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für jeden geeignet. Familien und hundetauglich, weil man direkt vom Haus starten kann. Ansprechpartner immer da und hilfsbereit.
