Nastanitev Villa Maya se nahaja v naselju Ližnjan, 1000 m od plaže, ponaša pa se z opremo za samostojno pripravo hrane. Obkrožena je z družinskimi hišami in ponuja brezplačen WiFi ter parkirišče.  
  
Bazen in jacuzzi, je dostopen za vse goste. Gostje lahko uporabljate pralni stroj za perilo in zunanje hladilnike.
