On the first floor there is a spacious, modern open concept living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. The top of the range kitchen is fully equipped so you can try out new recipes. From the dining room you can see the small but charming garden, perfect for your first coffee or a glass of Istrian Malvazija after dinner. If you like grilled dishes, you can also prepare something tasty here on the gas grill. On the second floor there are 3 cozy bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom is designed differently, but with great attention to detail, which you can feel through floral elements and shells that recall the sea. However, there is no need to feel nostalgic for the sea, as the first beaches are only 3 km from the villa, as are the nearest bars and restaurants. Pula is the largest city on the Istrian peninsula and one of the most important tourist cities with plenty to see and explore. Pula was built by Romans in 46 b.c. Although Pula is like an ancient museum in the open, you must also visit the largest monument, the famous amphitheater from the 1st century, located close to the city center. Many events take place here, from concerts and film screenings to sporting events. The Forum with the Temple of August is located in the old town. Here you can also visit the Historical Museum of Istria and the Archaeological Museum of Istria. In the surrounding area, you can visit beautiful small Istrian towns, explore natural beaches and go hiking, cycling or diving.
