Updated Beautiful Boathouse!
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You’ll have a great private experience with beautiful views. Stay here and owner will make you breakfast at her restaurant called Shoreless Acres. With availability to use owners hot tub during winter rentals only. Dock at property holds owners boats so may see someone on nice in a while come quickly get their boat and leave
Many cottages have use of kayaks, canoes and other uses of the property
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this waiver or my participation in the described activities.
