"It was nice to stay in an environment I can call a second home! The grounds were clean, the room was perfect. All was clean. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at a very nice property like this one. It is close to all the amenities, restaurants, etc. The prices are also excellent. Gloria has a nice team and manages the property well. "
"Housekeeping staff was wonderful! Friendly and very thorough. The front desk staff were quite helpful. I have already recommended it to others, and we would stay here again.
The fridge was very handy!
Things that could use improvement:
The included breakfast is a full English breakfast, which which couldn't eat as we are vegan. No options given.
We were grateful to have secure parking, but it was less than nice.
The pool looks like it needs a good scrub, or some maintenance on the bottom.
"
"We won’t stay anywhere else. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, it is a fun and relaxed place to stay while you see the sites and you always meet fun and interesting people there. Their tour guides are the best as well."
"We arrived later in evening. Property was poorly lit. The paths to our room hardly had any lighting. During the night the power kept going out. The next morning,we went to get breakfast before we left for the day. The information in the room says 6:30 am. They wouldn't let me sit in the room. Breakfast wasn't being put out when we left at 7:15 am. Friday, we were gone most of the morning and our room had no clean towels and wasn't cleaned. We had to go and ask. It was questionable if we were going to get hit water. Sometimes we did and sometimes we didn't. Looks like the property is struggling. I hope they get it together, it could be a hidden jewel. However we will be coming again and will choose another place. "
"The pool was lovely with great views across the nearby landscape. Not far from key attractions but do need a taxi. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. We had massages which were excellent and very reasonable. We ate 2 nights and the food was very good and again reasonably priced. Nice local dishes alongside more usual burgers etc. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend "
