We had a great stay! We were there to watch the Portland Timbers FC play Atlanta United FC. Location could not have been better, we could walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Bonus! We got free admission to the Japanese Gardens thanks to the Inn at Park Lane! ☺️ Staff were very helpful and friendly, what a great trip!

Customer service is terrible here. Staff don't care. The hotel adds a compulsory $30 charge PER NIGHT for in room amenities like coffee and cleaning. However, you don't get your room cleaned unless you ask. I have a number of complaints with the manager who never responded. I'm still waiting for a response to my many emails, calls and messages.
