The hotel is fine. The problem was the customer service at check in. The lady he checked me in was very rude, unhelpful and short with her words. She did not explain the incidental policy she just asked for my credit card and I had to ask her how much the deposit was. She did not explain anything about amenities, breakfast, WiFi, etc. when asked to sign a waiver it asked for your room number which she refused to give me. She just replied I’ll write it down. Super strange and rude and then gave me the card key to my room. I definitely would not stay there again with that kind of service since there are 3 other hotel across the street.
