The hotel is fine. The problem was the customer service at check in. The lady he checked me in was very rude, unhelpful and short with her words. She did not explain the incidental policy she just asked for my credit card and I had to ask her how much the deposit was. She did not explain anything about amenities, breakfast, WiFi, etc. when asked to sign a waiver it asked for your room number which she refused to give me. She just replied I’ll write it down. Super strange and rude and then gave me the card key to my room. I definitely would not stay there again with that kind of service since there are 3 other hotel across the street.

Nothing to complain about, great experience
Staff was very friendly and professional, even before arrival when i called with questions. Check in was seamless Grandkids enjoyed the pool.

The small cafe had delicious food. The room had fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Nice room. The one objection...I understand the need for a "pets allowed" hotel, but we were awaken in the middle of the night and early morning by two dogs barking in rooms close to us. Not a good experience. But overall, a nice place.

Excellent stay; friendly staff
We stay here every few months as a little “staycation”. Great location for going to wineries, shopping, and restaurants. It is always clean and comfortable. Best of all, the staff are courteous and professional!

Not wow. But that's the point. When you stay at the HGI, you're expecting a nice clean room and really not much else. So there's no reason so say; "wow what a great view," or "wow this room is a dated mess." In other words. Nice place but don't expect any surprises.

No rest at this place!
Overall condition of property is well kept. It was the smell of chlorine that immodestly hits you as soon as you walk in ( from indoor pool) that was to much for me. In addition the walls are very thin and you can hear every noise! From the kids running to the pool, house keeping going in and out all day and the couple having wild sex in the next room. Don’t count on getting a good nights rest at this place.

Had a very nice stay the only complaint is the internet speed and the difficulty at trying to pay for more speed. I missed out on a very important test because of the internet speed. Other than that I had a great time
