The pool was amazing, even long enough to do laps. The breakfast can ’t be beat! Made to order and good selection. The staff were very attentive. I would not reserve a room with a hot tub again. We had a view of the roof of the bar and a power transformer, and the biting bugs were relentless. We tried to use the hot tub for maybe 5 minutes in our 3 night stay. Be aware that there’s not much in the area of the hotel. You have to walk down the hill about 10 minutes to get to a restaurant and take a bus from there to get to the old port and all the shops.

Beautiful hotel, stunning location (don't miss the sunsets). Food is incredible, breakfast like no other! Cannot fault this hotel, highly recommend.

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Thank You Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel for the AMAZING hospitality!
