We loved how cozy the home was and how spacious. It had everything we needed and it was close to the maintains for skiing. Patti was awesome and was easy to talk to. Patti's was a very helpful and attentive host. She responded quickly when we had a question or needed something. She offered helpful suggestions for places to eat and things happening close by. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were well stocked, and had access to washer and dryer. Well stocked with necessary linens.Great wifi. Toys and games in the home. High chair and pack and play in the home were valuable amenities.Although we didnt need them consistently, many air conditioners in the home that worked really well when we needed them!Outdoor space with plenty of space and seating. The yard was great for the kids to play.Location was easily walkable downtown with a sidewalk the entire way. Parking on the property next to entrance.Patti was so easy to communicate with, responsive within minutes when we locked ourselves out of the house. Communication with the owner was excellent —clear, timely, very kind, and professional. She went the extra mile to check on any special needs to ensure a warm and welcoming stay. The home was clean and well appointed. The beds were fresh and comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels and bathroom/shower basics. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook real food for a big family and plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, and cutlery. Littleton is a wonderful and friendly town. What a great stay! We had my husband's mom with us and quickly got her set up in the downstairs master suite. The rest of us were comfortable in the upstairs bedrooms and enjoyed fresh air circulation from the portable units while sleeping. The location is ideal for enjoying Littleton only a half-mile walk to Main Street. We stocked up the refrigerator with goodies from the amazing food coop in town and got fresh, local produce at the Sunday farmer's market. Patti's kitchen is well-equipped and we cooked almost all of our meals and enjoyed hanging out together. It was also nice to have a grill just outside and outdoor seating. Patti provided lots of helpful information and hiking maps. We enjoyed several hikes straight from the house, and drove a short distance one day to hike to Bridal Veil Falls. Just gorgeous! Our daughter wanted to check out the pool at the park next to the house, and that was a relaxing afternoon treat. Patti is a wonderful, responsive host and we'd gladly return to this great little spot. ##### Kristin L.
