"I enjoyed my stay but I have one complain I was charged for incidental 100 dollars and they said that it would be returned to my account in 3 or 5 business day. I stayed until Monday 13th and so far I haven’t seen the money returned what should I do "

"The bathroom was terrible. To take a shower was to flood the bathroom floor. We were on the 7th floor on the side with the Mass Pike and noise all night. And who knows how to raise the blinds. I looked and looked and found nothing and to believe that the blinds were to stay down is unbelievable. Over all I will never stay there again. On top of all else the staff could not give directions to the hotel and what little they told us was wrong"
