"We’ve stayed in Spokane at many different places over the last four years and this spot was one of the cleanest we’ve found! The home is nicely equipped and prepped for your stay. The Hosts are friendly, helpful, and communicated well. A nice spot to stay away from downtown, but close enough to get to any location or need! "

"The house is just gorgeous it was really clean and spacious, i brought my dog and she loved the back yard. host was very communicative and instructions were very clear."

"Overall our stay was good. The indoor pool was nice and enjoyable for the kids. The house was big and had plenty of beds to sleep in and room for multiple guests. Check in was easy and host was great to communicate with.There were a few things that need attention. There were multiple lights that were burnt out and tvs that were not working correctly. The house was a little outdated and could use some upkeep for the money spent. Nothing too serious, just a few minor things that would make a big difference in the rental. "

"Wonderful stay! The entire house was thoughtfully equipped—from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Extra blankets and sleeping pullouts, dishes for eating and pots for cooking. Simple check-in and check-out process. Clean and bright. Quiet neighborhood. We would 100% recommend this property!"

"Ricks place was amazing! We loved having the park right right outside the backyard gate. The hot tub was very clean, and beds were extremely comfortable! This was our second time staying in the home, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again! "

"The communication was too notch. Yes a few household repairs are needing to be updated like blinds and new faucets but the house is a magical place for memories and the pictures are very accurate. I even sent a text message asking about the pool temperature and the house host came right over and raised it just a Tish so the kiddos could be a little warmer! Amazing service and they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate and make your stay everything you’re hoping for and more! 10/10 would recommend and stay again! "
