Welcome to a cozy 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to St Vincent's Hospital and close proximity to the Park Plaza Mall, Target, UAMS, and plenty of dining options. Wether you're in town for leisure, business, or medical appointments, our locatiion provides easy access to everything you need. Easily accessible via I-630.  
  
As you step into the inviting space, you'll be greeted by a fully furnished and decorated interior designed to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook during your stay. The condo offers two well-appointed bedrooms upstairs: one has two comfortable twin beds, and the second has a queen bed. The bathroom is equipped with towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

#### Supremely Convenient Location

If you need to stay within Little Rock in a location convenient to most all things you would want to see and do then this is a great location. Just off one of the main roads in the area as well as easy access to the interstate. The neighborhood was quiet. The interior was spacious enough for two adults, a teenager, and a child. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.
