Stayed with another couple and had a great time. The place was nice and clean with breakfast as a nice touch. The place was at a good location and close to things we wanted to do. Would stay again and do recommend a stay here if visiting Little Rock.

It was very cute and clean. If you dont like old houses then this may not be for you but we loved it! If you have bad knees then the treetop cottage may challenge you getting up there but overall very happy with our stay.

Quirky but cute little place. Everything was nice but be advised that there are three flights of wood, irregular steps to get up to the cottage. This was not noted in the description. Must be able to navigate and haul your stuff up and down. Also not very dark for sleeping but that’s a personal choice. Otherwise appreciated the breakfast choices.

Highly recommend for a variety of reasons. Clean, excellent communication, comfortable rooms, easy to find…. The ONLY downside are the stairs to the Treetop Cottage are wonky. They are mentioned in the ad, but I thought they’d just be stairs. I WOULD stay there again and LOVED the Treetop Cottage, but would choose one that doesn’t require access via those stairs. My legs are too short for them lol. Thank you for the excellent atay. We enjoyed it.

My son, daughter and I were very impressed… in fact, “blown away” by the whole experience and had everything we could have wanted. The pastries were such a nice touch, too! We stayed in Treetop, one of the rooms at this cottage. First of all, if you want to book this stay, know that there is an extra fee you will be hit with AFTER the refundable deadline and BEFORE your stay. The host adds a surprise charge right before you arrive, calls it a "booking fee" when it's absolutely not, and pretends like it was discussed upfront when it wasn't. Prepare to pay extra money to stay here because customer support will not help you. I exhausted myself explaining the charge to them with all my written proof, screenshots, and time stamps, and got nothing. Additionally, there were ants everywhere in the cottage. My friend got bit by them in her sleep. The king bed was so hard, my partner and I woke up with very sore backs and hips. Bring your own paper towels because you will run out. Bring your own silverware because the utensils provided were so tarnished and rusted that I didn't want to eat with them. When we got there, the place was so hot that we were baking. It took all day to cool down, plus the cooling vents started dripping water everywhere, including all over the stove. This place was absolutely not worth it. Don't book this stay; go to a nice hotel instead.

My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience.
