8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
The property is in need of investment. My room was not clean. The pillows were the least comfortable I can remember from any hotel stay. Stiff, lumpy, no variations. The couch was very uncomfortable, similar to a park bench. The windows were full of spider webs. The sound proofing was poor. Staff was poorly trained.

We tried booking in for dinner on the first evening however it was full so we ordered a delivery to the hotel as ..."
