"Staff was fabulous. I had booked the hotel for the wrong dates and the manager was extremely understanding. He immediately resolved the issue and refunded me even though I was outside of the cancellation parameters."

"If you want a clean room on a budget with a fridge, a microwave and a TV and an AC unit you can run all night without it kicking off and on then this is a great spot. The rooms have harsh white lighting, the mattress is firm, the bedspread and blanket are thin and the cheap foam pillows made me glad I brought mine from home but for the price I couldn’t complain much. I’ll be staying there from now on."

"Overall the 3 night stay was good. The only issues were that on the last night I requested a wake up call that did not happen. Luckily I also set an alarm on my phone. Also the flush handle on the toilet was loose on the last night making it very hard to flush."

"The room and property was nice and clean. Loved the antiques or antique looking furniture! I think they should have towel racks in the bathroom or hooks on the door, but other than that, the room was great! The location was also nice being on the water and near to other businesses. My only real complaint was with the staff. When we first tried to check in an hour early, I was first made to wait. When someone finally helped me I was met with a "check in isn't until 3" with an attitude of I should know better than to ask. She did look up our room and said it wasn't ready. There was zero smile, zero apology, etc. When we did check in, and there was a line, this same woman stood there and did not help the other woman get us checked in and she made zero eye contact with any of the guests waiting in line. The woman who DID check us in did not smile either, but she did offer info and was sort of friendly. If you want hospitality, this wasn't the place."

"Overall, I would give this hotel a very good rating. The room was very clean, as was the property. One of the things I would rate much higher than most was the included breakfast. Usually, a breakfast that is included would be the often referred to ,"continental breakfast.' Normally that means the basics like cereals, hot beverage, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffin or donuts. Nothing elaborate, but enough to fill you up & a room rate that's fairly decent. But this was much better than a light morning bite. They provided the basics but added real cooked food along with it. This meant french toast & waffles, syrup, eggs in a variety of cooked styles, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy etc. This along with the fruit, yogurt, juices, breads, coffee cake, donuts, cereals etc. In short, a real breakfast meal selection. The real breakfast, added to a nice clean room with a very comfortable mattress, a lovely outdoor pool, and other added amenities, plus a reasonable room rate, made for a great stay for our family. It is the kind of place a hard working family deserves. A safe, clean, very comfortable room, on a clean kept property, with a pool, and a hearty breakfast included at a reasonsbly affordable price. You couldn't ask for more!"
