John & Anne`s Place LLC
- Lakeside home located on Lake Ripley in Litchfield, Mn., 4 car garage, 3 bd, 2 ba; formal dining and breakfast area, 2 living areas, one w/ fireplace, laundry room, can comfortably sleep 11 people. Free Wi-Fi with streaming capability, three tv’s. Private lakefront and dock ( can dock 2 boats) 2 blocks from public landing. Nicely paved Lake Road goes all the way around the lake, great for walking or bicycling. Outside patio and sitting areas, dog run with doggie door to 2nd garage. Fish off of private or public docks, beach, and kiddie playground across the lake, about a mile or two away. Many local eats, restaurants and amenities . 1-2 acre yard with trees, lake country on the out skirts of a small town. Local canoe, kayaks and pontoon rides available close by. Local attractions, wonderful zip line course 1 hour away. Very quiet and peaceful area, beautiful lakefront.
