Every year I get together with friends to play board games and ride on a lake. This was a great location to do it at. There was a few things that could use some slight upgrades but did not take away from the experience of the stay. Thank you again.
We were so happy with everything about this property. Our family plus extended family stayed here because of a wedding in Hutchinson. It was a place to relax, eat, and laugh together. We filled all the beds. Enough linens for everyone! Extremely clean. It was wonderful to work with Bryan. I would love to visit again in the summer.
House was good size for 8 adults and 3 little kids. Kitchen well stocked with items, even plates and stuff for kids. Our stay started a little rocky because frigid temps earlier in the week froze the septic line, which caused the plumbing to back up. Host was responsive in fixing issue late at night, with folks out the next morning to resolve it.
We absoulutely loved this property! Our 2nd stay was just as great as our first. Large and spacious and the game/family room was hihglighted feature for our group. Also one of the best, well-stocked kitchens of all the rentals weve ever stayed at. We did not venture out for lunch nor dinner. So sorry to know we cannot return next year. Thanks again for sharing your home while you could. Hope you enjoy it more with your family and friends now.
I revisited the lake I grew up on in the 60’s. House was very spacious and we used the kayak and water toys which we like new. Wish there was a better view of the lake from the porch. Didn’t like the old, shag carpet. Upgrading would really help this house. Neighbor next door was friendly and overall visit was good. Thanks, Bryan.
The cabin was load with anything you could need. We really appreciated all the outdoor items (chairs, tubes, lily pad, games, life jackets). We also loved having the pool table and foosball. There was more than enough bedding, towels, and kitchen items.
Perfect place to stay while visiting the area for high school graduation. The layout fit our family well, with three bedrooms up and two downstairs plus an extra rec room/tv area downstairs. The deck overlooking the lake was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The owners were responsive when needed and the neighborhood welcoming. The stairs to the lake are many but worth the effort! We caught fish off the dock, paddle boarded and enjoyed watching the boats and jet skiers go by.

Cleanliness Issues/ Not Good For Swimming
Mouse droppings found in the kitchen and kitchenette. Lower level couch was very dirty and stained. The water in the lower level never got hot enough for a shower or cleaning. The second story wrap-around deck was unsettlingly spongy in places. There were so many stairs down to the dock that the oldest generation of our group gave up. The beach was rocky and the water was so filled with vegetation that the kids couldn't swim.
