This house of about 80 m2 has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a living room with a sofa (which is a double sofa bed) and TV, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Outside it has a garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor furniture. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer and outdoor parking within the property. Located in Caeiros, close to local shops, barbecue, restaurant and pastry shop. Larger supermarkets are 4 km away, the centre of Ericeira and the beach are 5 km away and the centre of Mafra is 6 km away. Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. Nos ha gustado que la casa está recién reformada, las estancias son amplias y la decoración agradable. En lo que respecta a la cocina en general estaba bien equipada y con electrodomésticos nuevos, aunque le faltaba fregaplatos. El jardín tiene sol por la mañana y es un lugar muy agradable para los desayunos, además dispone de una barbacoa con todos sus utensilios. La casa está situada en un barrio tranquilo a solo cinco minutos en coche del supermercado, las playas y Ericeira centro, pero no se puede ir andando. El coche es imprescindible. El trato que hemos recibido por parte del personal de la inmobiliaria ha sido cercano y profesional. Todo ha resultado fácil. Volvería a esta casa. Aspectos a mejorar: el wifi no funcionaba bien, le faltaban algunas cosillas a la equipación de la cocina pero que van a ser subsanadas y la falta de fregaplatos, aunque nosotros no lo hemos echado de menos. ##### Mercedes O.
