It's there for casual games, laughs, and those "just one more round" moments. 🍽️ Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully equipped and super easy to use. Whether you're cooking a full meal, heating something up, or just making coffee, everything is ready for you. The dining area is right in the middle of the open space and naturally becomes a meeting point — for meals, planning the day, or even working remotely with a coffee by your side. 🛏️ Bedrooms There are three cozy bedrooms, all calm and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. They are clean, practical and stocked with clean towels and essentials. Location The apartment is located in the center, close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, public transportation and everyday essentials. Easy to get around, easy to feel comfortable. ❤️ The vibe This house is all about comfort, light and good energy. Nothing over the top, just a welcoming space that makes your stay easy and enjoyable. Whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay, this is a place where you can relax, feel comfortable and enjoy being at home, even when you're away. Other things to keep in mind During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the resulting costs of this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. For stays of 28 days or more, monthly consumption (water + electricity + internet) above €180 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
