It was really nice to get what is essentially an apartment but at a reasonable nightly rate. Also, the shared spaces were very appreciated. We liked both the common space down in the basement where you could store your luggage before you checked in at your check-in time. We also enjoyed the rooftop access to lounge and enjoy the rooftops.

Location: perfect, on a quiet street in an upscale area of town. Walking distance to everything that matters. Apartment was well stocked. Housekeeping was excellent. It’s a nice apartment however not a luxury one, of that’s what you’re looking for. Clean and spacious. Problems: we didn’t have hot water for 1 night. The staff helped us reset the hot water heater the next day and the problem was resolved. Also there was a mold build up in the shower, the shower definitely needs a deep clean.

This property is pretty spacious, clean, and in a very convenient location just one street behind Rossio Square and also very quiet. Our 1-bedroom apartment was really roomy for three adults with three single beds and a full kitchen stocked with complete cookware, utensils, and dishes we needed. They have daily cleanups to keep the place tidy. The front desk has been friendly and self serve shared luggage storage has been helpful for before check-in and after check-out days. There is a short uphill walk to get there and the elevator is on the smaller side, but that’s probably normal for Lisbon. The only tiny downside was that the 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash was pretty harsh on hair, so you might want to pack your own bottles!

Our stay at the Lisbonaire was great! Mardalina, the front desk employee was great: efficient, friendly, accommodating. The appartement was great! Spacious, clean, the kitchen was very well furnished. The Lisbonaire is very well located and quiet. We loved our stay!

Awesome property and close to everything in Lisbon. Walkable to all the main locations in 5-15 minutes. Honestly you guys should advertise more about the location. Is one small street off one of the major downtown areas which made it a lot quieter which was great.

The front desk was fantastic in helping to get my spouse some medical attention when she feel ill. We had a doctor come to our room to see her for a very reasonable fee at 9:30PM. The location of the property is also fantastic, highly recommend.

The property was very good & clean but the next door building has construction going on so it’s very loud and can be nuisance as they start work from 8 :30 AM on weekdays. It would affect your morning sleep and also if you intend to take a break(rest) during the day. On weekends it’s quiet and peaceful as there is no construction work. Rest was good and no complaints.
