STUNNING VIEW IN GRACE - NEW

Enjoy one of the best views in town from your own private terrace. Located in Graça - one of the coolest neighborhoods in Lisbon, the apartment has an upper floor w / double bedroom and private ensuite bathroom and a ground floor w / twin bedroom, bathroom, living room, open plan dining room and kitchen and terrace. Free wifi, fireplace and air conditioning. Totaly renovated in January 19.

Situated in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon where you can enjoy life as a local. Cable TV, high speed wifi internet, air conditioning and heating and amenities are provided.
Paid private parking just 250mts from the house.
We are available for further information and tips during your stay. Let us know in advance if you want to hire a private transfer from the aiport or book any private tour in & around Lisbon.

Excellent Place with Great Views!

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted and made to feel at home. Apartment was clean and well maintained, and the views were amazing. Very close to shops and food. Only negative was the construction next door, but it was not loud just unsightly.

We stayed for 5 days and the property was wonderful. Very clean and had all the amenities of home. Location was close to several nice restaurants and not far from the historic center. The view from the back deck was amazing. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We had a welcoming and warm greeting by Ana once we arrived. She showed us the property thoroughly which was very clean and beautifully designed. The amazing view from the balcony is just as the pictures show. Location is great, just a short walk to the main street. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

Ana and her sister have a very well kept VRBO. The place was exceptional clean with touches of character throughout the home. Our favorite place was the deck that overlooks Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Felipa and her sister were wonderdul to work with. This apartment is in a great location with exceptional views from balcony and the local neighborhood as well. Everything was exceptionally clean and there were no bugs.. We used the washer which worked great. Beds were very comfortable. The Grace apartment is a very well appointed with room to accomodate several people. We used Uber for rides but there are taxis as well. One day we took Line 28 trolly and had a great time. There are many restaurants and markets just a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again, without question.

Fabulous property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Graca. The property was just as described….. beautiful view from the patio and walking distance to many restaurants and markets. The responsiveness of Felipa and Ana could not have been better. Statler and Waldorf (Ana will understand) could not have had any better tour guide. Stunning View & Great Location

We had a wonderful stay here. The unit is perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful city! The natural light was amazing. Very nice house with terrace overlooking the city. Long walk to downtown Lisbon with challenging hills. However Ubers readily available and inexpensive. Local residential neighborhood with convenient market, we did miss having a microwave. Fillipa is an excellent host.

The description is acurate and the view is really stunning. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very good location. Comfortable stay with a beautiful view

The property was very clean. The owners are very friendly and greeted us upon arrival to explain the area. The location was convenient to the things we wanted to do. An easy walk to some of the best views in the city. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time that we were there so we didn’t get to make use of the terrace but the terrace is very lovely after a long day of sightseeing to sit in a relaxing space.

Stunning Graça Apartment

The photos and previous reviews say it all! Filipa’s communication before our stay and Ana’s introduction to the property were warm, friendly and answered our every need. The property itself was gorgeous with the most stunning view to back up the impeccable interior design. Be aware there is an interior staircase and Graça itself is very hilly. A lovely stay that we won’t hesitate to recommend to our family and friends.

We had a great stay! The place is so thoughtfully designed and the terrace is such a bonus, perfect to sit with a glass of wine. Having two floors and two bathrooms was super convenient for getting ready at the same time. The Host was very responsive and helpful. The location is great, around the corner to a really cool lookout and just a short walk to Castle de Sao Jorge. We did happen to go when there were quite a few festivals/holidays that we didn’t know about and had a hard time sleeping with all the noise, so we just suggest you check on that before your travels.

Modern, clean, proper double bed, and amazing view

Everything was perfect. There’s a really nice balcony for sitting out with a spectacular panoramic view of Lisbon. The flat is nice and quiet. There are two showers, two toilets, all are clean and modern. The kitchen area is nice. They left us a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a nice welcome. You do have to walk up some steps from the main road at the bottom, but I think that’s the same for everywhere in Lisbon and the exercise was good for us overall it was about three minutes walk on the level to get to supermarket and a bunch of restaurants at the end of the road. I would totally recommend this for two people, perhaps three or four.
