Nice place , but not in Summer for me

Very nice apartment, proximity to restaurants good. For me: not good for summer months- No Air Conditioning, one inadequate ionization fan for two bedrooms?? They are cheap to buy! If open the windows, then night noise is ridiculously loud as it is next to Roof Top Club and busy street

Very difficult and untimely communication. I followed up a number of times leading up to the visit with half answers from the host, which lead to additional questions and a difficult check in. I’ve stayed in a number of hosted apartments around the world and this was by far the most complicated. Black mold all over the roof of the bathroom, which is unacceptable and is a health issue.

Die Wohnung selbst war wie beschrieben, nur die Küche könnte mit ein paar Gläser mehr ausgestattet sein und einem Sieb, um Nudeln abzugießen oder Salat zu waschen. Gut wären auch schalldichte Fenster. Der Platz Martim Moniz, wo die Wohnung direkt ist, ist keine gute Gegend. Es werden dort durch viele junge Männer Drogen verkauft, steht auch im Internet - was wir leider vorher nicht wussten. Daher auch der Lärm/ Geschrei bis spät in die Nacht. Zudem hielten sich auf den Treppen, die zur Gebäudeeingangstür führte, Obdachlose auf. Am letzten Tag erfolgte hier eine Polizeikontrolle. Ansonsten war die Lage sehr zentral, wir würden aber hier nicht mehr wohnen wollen. Abends sind wir Uber gefahren, die relativ günstig waren. Am ersten Tag haben wir versucht, die Unterkunft telefonisch zu kontaktieren, es hieß, die Nummer ist unvollständig. Zudem ist die Hausnummer nicht 11, sondern 45a, das stand auch falsch auf Expedia. Die Wegweisung zum Appartement war wie eine Schnitzeljagd mit Bildern.

The property manager was very informative and specific with instructions, this was very helpful and made check in/out very quick and easy. The property itself was very tastefully decorated and well appointed. The only things I could recommend to the owner is to replace the toilet seat as it was broken and the electric blind in the bedroom was broken and we couldn’t bring it down at night. Otherwise everything was great!

Very nice apartment, super clean, well appointed, excellent location near everything one needs. You can walk almost every where. Note that the apartment has NO AC and can get a bit warm especially in the bedroom without a window. 1 fan was provided to cool the room down. Excellent WIFI. Great UNDERGROUND PRIVATE parking space included.
