### Santa Cruz Ocean Apartment - II

Just a 10-minute walk from central Santa Cruz, this studio is located 100 meters from Pisão and Física beaches.  
The studio can accommodate 2 people, has a sofa bed in the living room.   
Despite being a ground floor, it still has sea view.  
It is designed for those who want to enjoy the excellent surfing conditions of the nearby beaches.  
It is attached to a garage to store belongings, sports equipment, bicycles and support for surfboards.  
This garage is for shared use with another apartment of the same owner.  
There is a reserved parking space outside with automatic gate.  
The apartment is well-appointed and decorated, with free wi-fi and two bicycles for guests to get around and discover the charms of the area.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet.Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für vier Tage brauchten. Sehr praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür.Checkin und Übergabe lief hervorragend und pünktlich so dass an und abreisen, komplett reibungslos abliefern.

#### Well kitted out small holiday apartment

Paolo's place is set one road back from the beach road. You can see and hear the ocean from the apartment. The apartment is well equipped, including bicycles, surf boards and wet suits. I was there during low season, so the town was very quiet. If you don't have your own vehicle, transport to and from Santa Cruz during low season is not easy. Paolo was a very responsive, caring and helpful host.
