Les points forts de l'appartement je dirais: - communication en amont avec la centrale de réservation très PRO et réactive - très propre - très calme, loin de l'euphorie de l'hypercentre, tout en étant facilement accessible aux transports (ce qui est pour moi hyper important, de pouvoir dormir au calme) - proche de la gare de Santa Apolonia, terminus de la ligne Azul (bleu) de métro, et des bus, ce qui s'est avéré très pratique pour rejoindre le centre en moins de 10 mn, sans la foule des transports du centre ville. - très bons restaurants à moins de 5 mn à pied - literie confortable, - cuisine bien équipée - WIFI fonctionne bien - salle de bains très spacieuse, douche agréable (un petit détail, il manque tout de même une étagère pour poser ses effets) et des produits de toilette fort agréables. - boissons café, lait, jus de bienvenue - proximité de plusieurs supermarchés pour le ravitaillement de première nécessité, dont un Bingo Doce qui se situe dans la gare et qui propose des pains frais Dans les points faibles , je dirais: - très sombre, contrairement à ce que laisse penser l'annonce (c'est d'ailleurs ma seule vraie déception sur cet appartement, que je signale du coup; à mon avis les photos ont été prises avec les plafonniers allumés que l'on ne voit pas sur la photo). Impossible même en pleine journée de ne pas allumer la lumière, car les fenêtres donnent sur un couloir de murs . Ce qui n'incite pas à rester longtemps dans l'appartement. Fort heureusement, nous n'y étions que pour dormir, petit-déjeuner et prendre la douche, car venus à la belle saison. - terrasse non utilisable pour 2 car il manquait une chaise et le canapé des photos n'y était pas Globalement, la location répond aux exigences de la plupart des voyageurs, et présente de nombreux atouts, mais à condition de passer beaucoup de temps à l'extérieur, compte tenu du manque de lumière intérieure.
