Sonia and Sergio were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive and delucious! And there was coffee/tea/cake available all afternoon. The location is right by the main street and access to the beach is easy and pleasant. The room was clean and bright. Will definitely stay here again, as I will come back to Ericeira again as soon as possible!

Clean room, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi and decent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to replace faulty TV in my room on the same day. Room size is on the smaller side though and could do with a wardrobe for hanging clothes. I wasn't too fussed about it and would happily stay here again for the overall experience and fab location. Also, free tea, coffee and cakes all day is a thoughtful touch :)

Very convenient and centrally located in the heart of Ericeira. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but adequate. No refrigerator. Coffee, tea and biscuits (cookies) available in the breakfast area all day. Breakfast was delicious. No parking, so have to park in a public area and walk.

Our stay at Reserva was wonderful! The room was clean and the breakfast and all-day snacks/coffee station were nice. The location was fabulous. We were also pleasantly surprised with how the hotel has perks with restaurants (for example, we got free port wine at a restaurant as customers of the hotel). We also got to check in early, which we appreciated very much.

Ideally located, closed to the small shops and the town center, as well as proximity to the main beaches. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only criticism - On my second day, the housekeeper(s) who cleaned the room when i stepped away used so much cleaning product on the floor that it was still slippery when I came back to my room—both in the shower and the main area. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Unless you like sleeping on a bed that feels like a stack of plywood, skip this place! The location is great and the woman working the front desk is fantastic, but that’s all that’s really worth mentioning. The shower didn’t drain properly, the room has no where to put your luggage, and the bed is just embarrassing for a place that claims to be a nice hotel. Left with back, hip, and neck pain and little sleep. Saving a couple hundred dollars on a cheap mattress cost them far more in negative reviews and unhappy guests.

The location was great. The hotel staff (Samatha) was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the city. She recommended a restaurant call La Popular. Get reservations in advance. Definitely recommend the location.
