Can accommodate 4 Adults and 4 Children. The apartment has 2 brand-new bathrooms and has only recently been completely redone. Well-equipped apartment with air conditioning, sea views, and a large swimming pool. Close to grocery, cafes, local bakery, and dining. Perfect location for a family vacation. 112 sqm The Space: Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home, designed to accommodate families and groups with ease. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Features a cozy double bed for a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2: Offers two twin beds, perfect for friends or siblings. Living Room: Our open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home. It seats up to 8 people in the living room and another 8 at the dining table. For additional sleeping arrangements, two sofa beds can comfortably sleep up to 4 children. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: A full bathroom equipped with a spacious shower for a refreshing start to your day. Bathroom 2: Another full bathroom, featuring both a shower and a bathtub for a relaxing soak. Kitchen: The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with an oven and gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The Neighborhood: The perfect coastal location is enhanced by the closeness of several amenities. The building is opposite a small supermarket and a bakery where you can try a typical Portuguese breakfast and Galao (milky coffee). There are also several restaurants in the ‘Casa da Guia’ complex and the area caters for all types of travelers with cafes, hairdressers and a bicycle hire stand on the doorstep. Getting Around: Various buses serve the area including ones which run regularly to the Centre of Cascais, the Cascais train station, Cascais Shopping, the World Heritage site of Sintra and the fabulous Guincho Beach. Other Things to Note: This is a self-catering apartment. \* We provide: \-Linen for each bed (1 set) \-Towels for each guest (1 set – bath towel and hand towel) \-Hygiene products – soap, shampoo and toilet paper (for the first night) \* Extra linen and towels have a cost: \-Double bed changeover including towels - €23.95 \-Single bed changeover including towels - €18.45 \-Hourly maid service upon request \* Please note that all extras such as cots and high chairs are available for hire. Clean with all that you should need for a pleasant stay. Pool is lovely. Perfect for a family holiday, which is what we had. Easy check in and check out. Pleasant 25min walk to Cascais and a 5min walk to some lovely cliff top restaurants. Beaches are gorgeous and you can ride safely along a bike path. would recommend. ##### Louise F.
