NEW - Studio Arrábida, Lisbon

Renovated and decorated in 2017 by Architect. Ideally located between "Campo de Ourique" and "Rato". Very quiet, with all comfort and security. The apartment has a double bed, living room area with sofa bed, bathroom with shower base and fully equipped kitchenette with electric appliances.
The studio also has a private patio, furnished with armchairs and table, decorated with flowers and plants. If additional baby equipment or other is needed, just order.
The area is residential and the street is quiet. There is a metro station about 5 minutes away (“Rato”» - yellow line). There are also several bus stops in the immediate vicinity that allow you to reach the main points of the city.
The apartment is located 10 minutes from the emblematic “Jardim da Estrela” (garden) and the “Basilica da Estrela”(church) - two of the main Lisbon jewels to visit. Crossing the lush garden is the famous tram 28 that takes us in 10 minutes to “Chiado” and “Bairro Alto”, and in 20, to “Baixa Lisboeta” (downtown city center) and the Castle.
“Campo de Ourique” neighborhood is known for its duality - day life, very cosmopolitan, with its small local shops and typical food restaurants; At night, very serene, invites you to enjoy the public spaces such as “Campo de Ourique Market” or the garden “Jardim da Parada”.

Great stay in Lisbon

Very nice flat, ideal for 2 people. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very nice host, we got lots of great tips for excursions and restaurants. We would love to come back!

Thank you so much for the lovely stay. Super friendly people! The communication was very easy and fast. Also flexible with checking in and out. The appartment is bigger than it looks and super clean. Also a really cute garden. The area is 8 minutes from a mall and close to some coffeebars, but a little far from the city.

Clean comfortable place

I absolutely loved staying at Vania’s place. It was quiet, clean and so comfortable. Would definitely return here when I come back to Portugal. The area is safe and close to everything, but also away from the city center’s busy chaos so you can get good proper rest. Vania and Suzanne are very kind and helpful, thank you for hosting me, appreciate you!

Great location

The studio is well connected to other areas of Lisbon if you plan on using public transports. It is also close to Campo de Ourique market, which is a lovely place to wind down after a long day of exploring the city.

Marvelous Lisbon experience

A beautifully designed and decorated studio apartment with a garden in a perfect location (Campo de Ourique) with local coffee shops and authentic Portuguese restaurants around the corner. Communication with Vania was easy and efficient and Susana's welcome and informations were A. We highly recommend this apartment.

Great accommodation in Lisboa!

We have been travelling for three weeks through out Portugal and this by far was our best accommodations! Our host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She helped to orient us to the area and made some great recommendations. Location was fantastic. I would highly recommend this property!

Clean, mordern and chic plus great location !

So pleased we found this place. The apartment was very well located walking distance to everything. It was clean and tidy with a little outdoor garden space which was cool and refreshing. Best of all the host was super nice, very responsive and went out of her way to be helpful with information we requested. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place!

Beautiful and comfortable place. Close to restaurants and Rato metro station, easy to get around on foot to just about anywhere. Super quiet neighborhood! Vania is lovely and welcomes you to her flat. She takes the time to show you around and answer any questions you may have. I stayed here for a week and was very pleased with my choice.

If you’re a couple looking for the perfect place look no further. The owner checks u in and shows how everything works including local restaurants shopping etc.. really feel like your being welcomed in to their home. This property/owner has raised the bar!!

Amazing!

This place is as advertised.... perfect for a couple or a single and located away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there with a walk or a short drive. The host is amazing, she met us at the unit, gave us a tour, recommendations and was very accessible throughout our stay. The rear yard/patio area made the trip very nice for an evening wind down. We plan to stay here next time in Lisbon.

Wonderful Stay in Campo De Ourique

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vania’s place. We were personally greeted, shown all the details of the apartment, and provided local tips nearby activities, for groceries and great restaurants. Make sure to coordinate parking in advance based on your car type. There was also a small charge, but car was garaged and away from traffic during our stay which was great. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

Lisbon in August

Vania's apartment is exactly as what you see in the pictures. Clean and having all the amenities required for a vacation stay. Patio area is a great spot to have breakfast or unwind after a long day visiting Lisbon. Location is 5 mins from Rato metro station. Area is very safe and convenient amenities nearby (ie. bakery, charcuterie, restaurants, grocery). Will book again if we are lucky enough to return to Lisbon.
