We had a wonderful 2 day stay at the Mill House near Santa Cruz. Carla and her family were incredibly welcoming, generous and warm people. Right after check in we got a tour of the farm that is part of the property and her husband gave us samples of some things they grow there. Carla, her husband and daughter were extremely helpful and responsive to any little issues that came up. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to the area and especially families that can take advantage of having the kitchen and outside areas to use. ##### Michael F. Carla an José are very attentive. The communication before we arrived as well as while we were over there has been always good and heartily. We got fresh eggs, tomatoes and traditional portugese bread. Lovely!!! There´s is everything, that you need to feel welcome. We really enjoyed the space outside of the house, where we could sit, talk and listen to some music. It´s important to have a car to go to the beach and to the city centre.
