Check-in is quick and straight forward. There was a Wifi interruption and it was hard to get in touch with the apartment staff to fix the problem (we had to use the phone at the main entrance). It took several hours to get the problem fixed (we had to use our cellular data in that evening). Also, while it is stated that payment will be at property, we got charged the full amount 4 days before arrival. There was not much noise and the entrance felt secure. After reading the reviews I phoned the company the morning of our arrival to get the check in details. They said most of the emails end up in the junk folder. The bathroom was quite small and a bit tired looking. It wouldn’t be great for 6 people staying. It was a convenient location and only took 10 minutes to walk to Rossio square, 5 minutes to Aldi and plenty of cafes and restaurants.
