Recently refurbished, it has a modern and well equipped kitchen. The natural light, due to the sun exposure facing South, gives the space a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. It has an entrance and a garden independent of the rest house. Ideal for 2 people, however can accommodate 3 people. As well as 2 single beds, it has a double sofa bed. It is 5 minutes by car from the center of Cascais and 10 min from Guincho beach and very close to the motorway to Lisbon. It is advisable to have car for the trips. Lisbonne est accessible par le train de Cascais en 30 mn. C'etait intéressant de ne pas prendre la voiture. Le tout doublé d'une cour en herbe où l'on peut se détendre ou lire tranquillement sur un bain de soleil ou prendre un repas à l'extérieur dans un coin ombragé. L'endroit est par ailleurs calme dans un quartier résidentiel agréable. On peut garer sa voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété, ce qui est appréciable. L'accueil de Mme Pereira est chaleureux. La propriétaire reste à votre écoute donnant renseignements utiles ou aidant à démêler un problème le cas échéant. On peut avoir également avoir de temps à autre la visite du chat de la maison pour une petite caresse. Ma femme et moi-même avons vraiment profité de notre séjour à Cascais et notamment grâce à ces moments passés dans cette location que je recommande donc, pour conclure.
