The space is located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, has an independent bedroom, and a second bedroom created in the living room, through a cylindrical structure, which introduces the necessary privacy to the occupants. Each room has 2 single beds that can be connected and converted into a double bed. In the living room the sofa bed allows sleeping for two more people. The apartment is on the top floor, and although the roof is properly insulated thermally, it was equipped with two units air conditioners. The windows allow for intense brightness during the day, but have double glazing, so they allow a pleasant ambience inside. At night in the bedroom windows, blackouts allow darken the space, for travelers who like to sleep in the dark. The apartment has a simple and practical decoration for travelers and has a complete bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Sheets and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer. Guests will have access to free wi-fi and cable TV, as well as soap and cleaning products. The kitchen is equipped with stove, electric oven, fridge, washing machine/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the equipment necessary. The apartment does not have balconies or terraces. The proximity to the Pink Street put us in the center of the activity and provided a wonderful choice of places to eat and enjoy our afternoons and evenings. Hosts checked in frequently to make sure we did not need anything and gave helpful tips. There was a small amount of noise from Pink Street crowds but that is a fair trade for the excellent location with access to great restaurants. Bright open space for a long weekend stay in Lisbon. Close to everything, easy access to all areas and shopping, buses, trains, you name it. Clean and comfortable with amazing hosts. Checking in was a breeze and the owner kept in constant communication. The elevator had a few hiccups, but worked well when we needed it most. The location was near all the transportation hubs, which made getting around easy. The area hosts a variety of different restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Check in was smooth. The apartment was clean and consistent with the listing. It is a large apartment but a strange layout with the 2nd bedroom pod dividing the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms beside each other in the corner. Restaurants in abundance (expensive to cheap).Generally flat, easy walking. We took a walking tour which highlighted different ways to traverse the area and avoid walking up/down hills. Good beds and good airco and bathroom/wc. Room with a view at the river is true, but cannot be called a highlight, for it is not worth mentioning. Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. It is centrally located to all the sights and the trolley lines. Just a couple minutes walk to Time Out Market which had everything you could ever imagine to eat and drink. Unfortunately the elevator was broken during our stay which made it very difficult checking out and carrying our bags down 3 flights of stairs. Otherwise the place was great! ##### Sharon F. We really enjoyed our stay at Pedro and Vera's apt. It's conveniently located near an important transit hub, very easy to access by all modes of transportation, and had plenty of food options nearby. The apt itself is well kept and had everything we needed to be successful tourists who are living temporarily in Lisbon. Our kids really enjoyed staying in the cylinder shaped "room," and thought it added a fun element to the apartment. The noise from Pink Street was faint, and if you travel with a white noise machine, you won't hear anything at all. As hosts, Pedro and Vera had excellent communication before and during our trip, making the overall stay simple and stress-free. Highly recommend! ##### Alana V. B. Rental was very spacious. We were only party of 2 but would be very comfortable for 4 guests. Beds were (king size) or 2 twins pushed together, very comfortable. Excellent location! All that we could see including Sao Jorge castle was done on foot. Metro and the water are less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants in the area. Be aware that Pink Street is just below the unit and there is partying at night. Our last night was sleepless - music till 4am but wouldn't stop us from staying at this property again. ##### Michael S. An unusual layout, but it worked for us. (The refrigerator is not close to the rest of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is on a round partitioned space.) The listing said there was a hot tube and access to an outdoor area - clearly a typo as neither were available.
