It was really clean, bright, spacious and a perfect set-up for all us (8 adults). The 3 bathrooms is great but as with a lot of houses, the water temperature and pressure isn't great if all the showers are being used at the same time. We could clearly hear the upstairs apartment talking and moving around above us as well as up and down the stairwell but I'm sure they could probably hear us too.
