In the center of Lisbon, next to Campo dos Mártires da Pátria Garden and 5 minutes walking from the Torel Garden and less than 15 minutes walking from Avenida da Liberdade (Liberty Avenue, the most luxurious Avenue of Lisbon), is a perfect apartment to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay and to discover the city center of Lisbon. THE APARTMENT AND EQUIPMENT \- 3rd-floor apartment (with elevator), luxurious, spacious, with plenty of natural light; \- terrace with amazing views over Lisbon's rooftops, with a dining area and lounge space; \- one free parking space in the building for our guests; \- a spacious and comfortable living room, with a dining area, a lounge space and a 65-inch SMART TV (with international channels); \- Bedroom 1: suite with king-size bed, spacious wardrobes, 55-inch SMAT TV (with international channels), and a private bathroom with shower; \- Bedroom 2: bedroom with two single beds (possible to convert into a king-size bed), spacious wardrobes, and a work desk; \- Another complete bathroom with bathtub; \- Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing and drying machine, kettle, blender, juice squeezer, toaster, coffee machine - Nespresso, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer); \- safe \- air conditioning/heating in all the rooms; \- high-speed wifi in all the apartment; \- fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit. A BABY FRIENDLY APARTMENT We like to welcome babies and children with love and affection. That's why we have all the necessary equipment so that the little ones feel very comfortable. Upon request, we can provide a travel baby bed with an extra mattress, bed linens and bath towels, high chair for meals, stroller, bathtub, A playing mat, small table and chairs, toys, books and games depending on age. FOR BABIES UP TO TWO YEARS WE OFFER THE STAY ☺ OTHER INFORMATION: \- We prepare the house with all our care, attention to detail and tailored to our guests. We ask you to look after it with the same care and in the best way possible. \- Respect the neighbours not making too much noise, especially after 10 pm. \- We can be flexible with check-in and check-out timings as long as they do not conflict with other reservations. \- For stays longer than a week, we offer an extra cleaning with changing of sheets and towels. \- When making your reservation for more than two guests, please note that there is a small extra payment. Groceries and restaurants near by and so convenient. Most city sights are downhill walk from the apartment so we would walk there and take Uber/Bolt back as it was pretty inexpensive. It had anything you could ever want and then some. It was the perfect place to stay and great, quiet location. What really made this place even better was the host, Bruno. He was wonderful. The best part was the deck where we spent every afternoon and evening in the shade overlooking the city. Pedro and Ana were the best hosts…arranging rides from the airport and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here! ##### Anne C. Kitchen was very well stocked, beautiful furnishings, most comfortable beds we had in Portugal. The parking was very easy and secure. Very well appointed and a great location - close to everything - but very quiet. The deck with view is most impressive and the apartment is very well appointed. We wish we could have stayed longer.
