It features a living room with sofa (sofa bed), TV, fireplace and dining table; two bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric jug, dining table and a small balcony. The apartment is located in a condominium with lift, garden, swimming pool (opening date 1/5 and closing date 31/10) and garage. It also has internet (wifi) and iron. Located 400 m from the beach and 450 m from the supermarket. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April).
