Good location, close to shopping areas and the centre, and the starting point for your buses is near. Breakfast isn’t very good, consists only of pastries and instant coffee. The hotel kept cancelling my bookings because my card was blocking international transactions and I had to pay before checking in, which I found a bit weird considering I saw people paying for their stay after check out but I give them the benefit of the doubt. Tive a sorte de pegar um quarto que embora fosse minúsculo, estava recém reformado e tudo novinho, mas pude ver que não são todos os quartos que foram reformados. A acústica do quarto é praticamente zero, ouve -se até o que se fala no andar abaixo. Fora isso, é um quarto bem pequeno , mas confortável. But after reading the reviews I knew that before we went but then stayed there we had a great time. I like the old European feel of this place. The guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful and there were 8 of us ladies mostly 65 to 72 years old and he did a lot of luggage moving for us. There is an elevator but a couple of steps to get to the floor you need after you exit the elevator made it a little harder but nothing we couldn't handle and he helped.
