The property itself was fine and location great. We had a concern with communication as we learned upon arrival that we couldn’t pay onsite (even though that was offered through Expedia) and that we weren’t going to have access to the room unless we supplied a credit card number over the phone. It was late and I had my whole family standing outside the building so I gave my number. I should have been contacted about that before then. I had zero messages letting me know that payment hadn’t been received and that it would be required ahead of time to get a room. That should be the only option for this hotel in Expedia (pay ahead of time) because there is no attendant to take payments at the hotel.
