Balcony, AC and wifi. Spacious and bright apartment in the last floor (4th) of a building in Guia, Cascais. The area is surrounded by trees and gardens where you can enjoy some walking. You are very close to Casa da Guia, where you can find several restaurants, coffe shops and shops, at less than 5 min walking and to the Guincho beach bike track. Supermarkets are also close by. Entering the apartment you are in the main living room that has access to a balcony. There is an LCD TV, a sofa and chairs so that you can sit comfortably and a meal table with chairs. There is air conditioning (both cold and hot) for your comfort. After this first living room, you have at your left side the independent and fully equipped kitchen. It features a vitroceramic stove, an oven, microwave and all the main kitchen appliances to make your life easier. You also have a dish washer machine and a washing machine. There is also a table and chairs so that you can have a light or full meal at the kitchen. After the kitchen and before the two bedrooms available in the first floor you have a full bathroom with a shower cabinet. Two bedrooms follow. One bedroom with two single beds and clothes closet and another with an ensuite bathroom with a queen size bed, balcony and clothes closet. The ensuite bathroom features both a bath tub and a shower cabinet. Both bedrooms also have Air Conditioning that work for hot and cold. In the upper floor you have a second large living room where you can also relax and socialize. There is a third bedroom with two single beds and another ensuite bathroom featuring a shower cabinet. There is also Air Conditioning (hot and cold) in this upper floor.
