This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located in the historical neighbourhood of Estrela, right in the heart of the city! It is the perfect spot for any type of trip, whether it be with families, friends, or couples. The building is a classical one with a quiet neighborhood surrounding it. The interior has a midcentury feel, with an open layout and lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, with basic cooking utensils, a coffee machine, and a dining room. there are queen-size beds in both bedrooms with 1 dedicated work desk for those who work remotely. There is also a private balcony as well full of plants, too! Fresh towels, bedsheets and linens, and toiletries are provided at no extra cost! Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival! Enjoy! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Estrela is a neighbourhood full of history and culture. Estrela is one of the most central of Lisbon's neighbourhoods and is located in the western part of the city. It is home to Ponte 25 de Abril, the iconic bridge that connects Lisbon to the south of Portugal. The neighbourhood is also home to Campo de Ourique Market, where you can find fresh produce and succulent food. This neighbourhood is perfect for those looking for a great family friendly place with plenty of hipster vibes. The nearest Tram Stations the apartment are: \- João Da Mata: 10 minutes away by foot. \- R. S. Domingos Á Lapas: 10 minutes away by foot. Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is just 20 minutes by car Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Das Appartement selbst ist ein Traum: Top ausgestattet und in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen, bietet es den perfekten Rückzugsort. Ob mit den Öffentlichen oder Uber – das Erreichen der City ist von hier aus total entspannt. Und bei hochsommerlichen 34 Grad? Die Ventilatoren im Wohn- und den beiden Schlafzimmern waren unsere Rettung!
