Bright and modernly furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa and armchair facing a flat-screen TV, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, a toaster, and a kettle. If you fancy dining in, there’s a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy queen bed (lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Note: Our apartment is located on the 4th floor with no Lift. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Baixa is Lisbon’s historic heart and commercial center. Neoclassical architecture, built after the 1755 earthquake, surrounds Commerce and Rossio squares. Bustling pedestrianized streets are lined with traditional seafood restaurants and souvenir shops. The National Museum of Contemporary Art, in the upscale Chiado area, shows Portuguese art from the mid-1800s to today, and the Santa Justa Lift offers city views. This neighbourhood houses the capital’s most emblematic squares and streets. The district starts in Restauradores Square (Praça dos Restauradores), continues up Avenida da Liberdade, through Praça Marquês de Pombal (Marquis of Pombal Square) and from this point forward is considered “Modern Lisbon”. Baixa is packed with stores and restaurants and is always busy during the day. My home is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest train stations, Baixa-Chiado (Lines: Blue, Green) and Rossio (Line: Green) are just 5 mins away on foot. Lisbon Portela Airport is a 20 mins drive from the apartment. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. It is very close in walking distance to the main sights in the city, as well as delicious restaurants. This is in the advertisement but it should be reiterated that there is no elevator and the property is 5 floors up. My 75 year old mother would not have been able to carry her luggage if we had not been there to help her. There is also no parking nearby. I would really encourage you not to have a car in Lisbon as it is unnecessary and a pain. Those things being said, I would definitely stay here again. ##### Kerry W. Stayed 3 nights in Feb 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Manuelle M. 20 Dec 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Check-in, communication #### Un mauvais séjour pour le prix ! \-les protège matelas des lits étaient plein de cheveux et de miasmes, c’était dégoûtant.-on s’est gelé dans cet appartement car les Clim qui peuvent annoncer 28 ou 30 ne chauffe pas c’est un appartement très humide-l’immeuble était dans le noir pour nos quatre premiers jours et personne pour nous ouvrir l’immeuble. Nous sommes restés une partie de la soirée devant à ne pas savoir quoi faire.-des odeurs dans la salle de bain, horrible, tout le séjour malgré deux bouteilles de DT-un lit, tellement creusé que j’ai dû dormir dans le living-room, c’est inacceptable pour 141 la nuit…-et Personnes, bien entendu pour vous rappeler pour savoir si tout est rentré dans l’ordre…-un fer à repasser qui date d’il y a 30 ans, absolument rayé qui n’a pas pu, je les repasser en chemisier de travail, c’est honteux pour le prix-la bonne, note, reste sur l’emplacement, il faut revoir l’étanchéité des fenêtres, tout passe au travers, on sait vraiment gelé avec 3 dehors et des clim qui n’ont pas chauffé l’appartement… ##### Manuelle M. Es un cuarto sin ascensor (algo que ya sabíamos ) lo que para gente mayor o con movilidad reducida se hace más difícil. El apartamento es muy grande, estaba todo muy limpio a excepción de algún cubierto (cosa que nos dió igual ya que no los íbamos a utilizar). Por lo demás,la cocina cuenta con todo equipamiento. Dos rollos de papel higiénico para cuatro personas durante cinco días de estancia al igual que dos botes mini de gel de ducha y una toalla para cada uno en total para toda la estancia es muy poco. La lámpara de una de las habitaciones deberían de ajustarla más ya que puede ser un peligro si cae encima de alguien estando dentro de la cama. Por lo demás en general,bastante bien. Solo doy esos consejos para mejorar aún más si cabe la estancia. Vor allem die Lage mitten im Zentrum war super. Lediglich der Strassenlärm bis spät in den Abend war etwas störend- aber das ist nun mal im Stadtzentrum so. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. ##### Sergej L. Idéalement situé au coeur du quartier de la Baixa pour visiter la ville à pieds, l'appartement est pour autant assez calme car perché au 4ème étage.
