Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 44m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Lisbon! It is newly renovated and is well equipped. It is ideal for two people but can accommodate up to 4 adults.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs only.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen fully has essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has two single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Saldanha Apartments are located at Rua Actor Taborda, 39, in Saldanha neighbourhood, in the same block as Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.

Saldanha is one of the finest areas in Lisbon. It is a trendy neighbourhood, a lovely gem in the heart of Lisbon, that has maintained its authenticity: many well-maintained old buildings add to the charming atmosphere and complement modern ones. This is a cool and vibrant area with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, history, culture, and business. There are several car parks nearby and street-paid parking.

You have quick and easy access to the touristic places to visit or to Lisbon business area. Just some meters from the subway station (yellow and red lines). 10 minutes subway ride to the city’s historical centre. Less than 3 km from Bairro Alto nightlife and Chiado shopping.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
